My first day, my worst day
My depression is acting up again. Hmmm, i don’t even know if that is the correct way to say this. If there is anyone who is actually reading this, sorry, I am not a native English speaker and I’m a little rusty so please grind your teeth and try to decipher.
So, as the title says, this is the first day of my road towards health and fitness. And it is a real sh**ty day. I am a little down today because of this illness. I can’t concentrate, I feel like fog has set over my mind and I can’t find the answers I am looking for. Even doing this, writing, seems as an almost impossible task.
Anyway, I set out to lose 10 kg by the end of the summer and this is a bad day to begin. But looking on the bright side of things, if I start today, I am positive I can’t have a worse day than today, anyday. (Ha Ha.And an equalizer from the hosts. Depression 1 - 1 Paul. I still got some juice in me to fight it.) So I am going to start by walking to the Vodafone Center downtown and turning off some unwanted options on my mobile phone subscription. It’s a pretty long walk, 2 km to the Center and 2 back(4 km in total), but I’ll get the added benefit of yelling at those as***les for about 5 minutes. That will energize me for the road back.
So, here I go. Bye Bye.
